We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Stewart and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tony, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
To keep going is when you actively enjoy the journey of the path to growth, learning and expansion. Knowing when to give up is when you lose the passion for what you started and it becomes mentally and emotionally draining for you

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I never had any major accomplishments in my early life. So when I took an interest in the field of Allied Behavioral Analysis and studied with my best friend for 6 months and aced the state test gaining my license as a Registered Behavioral Technician it was my fist real accomplishment. My second being the difference I make through hard work to help shape behavioral and autistic children’s behavior to help them live better in the world. It’s a very challenging job of focused dedication but the reward is always captivating.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Vegas from another state I would take them to Fremont Street to watch live performances, drink a variety of good beverages along with flavor pack foods. Can’t forget the vibes at Gold Spike Casino, where you can play pool, giant jenga, connect four, chess or chill in the backyard area hanging out while listening to music

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to my favorite designer Andre Franklin owner of Engineeredbydre and Unseen Gears. The book he dropped “Engineered Not Hoped For” really taught me not only all about the game of starting a brand but how to grow my own personal identity as a creator in the game
