Hi Natalie, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Every journey into the helping professions begins with a deeply rooted purpose. For me, the decision to establish by independent counseling practice stems from a profound commitment to providing accessible, compassionate, and specialized mental health support to individuals seeking meaningful change. I founded this practice to bridge the gap between people and the high quality care they deserve,

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my practice apart from others is the fact it was born out of a passion for fostering authentic human connection and witnessing the incredible resilience of the human spirit. In a crowded field, my counseling stands out by blending modern convenience with deeply intentional, specialized clinical care.
Seamless, Accessible Teletherapy:
By operating online, I remove the logistical barriers of traditional therapy. Clients can access high-quality, confidential care from the comfort and safety of their own environment, making mental wellness effortlessly adaptable to busy modern schedules.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hosting a friend in the North Florida area would be a fantastic way to showcase the perfect blend of scenic outdoor spots and historic charm, and a burgeoning food scene. A brief glimpse of activities would include a visit to Cascades Park which is a beautiful 24-acre downtown oasis that features manicured green spaces, paved walking trails, and striking water features. The Edison would be the restaurant of choice. It is an iconic dining destination located right inside a beautifully restored 1921 power plant. It offers a spectacular menu and atmosphere for sharing a meal. Recreational activities would include a visit to District 850. It features hyper-bowling lanes, axe throwing, a tactical laser tag arena, escape rooms, and a ropes course, and virtual reality simulators. The week long itinerary would guarantee an all around fantastic time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I owe a profound debt of gratitude to my mother, whose lifelong encouragement and belief in me instilled confidence to pursue this dream, and to my husband whose constant partnership, patience and day-to-day support made launching this business possible. Their belief in my mission has allowed me to step fully into my purpose: helping clients navigate life’s challenges and discover their own inner resilience.
