Love and integrity are principles that matter most to me. I firmly believe that when we build our lives on the foundation of love and within the framework of integrity, we will thrive. Whenever I find myself responding negatively to something, be that concern, anxiety, fear or anything else, and I weigh those matters against love, it usually ends up resolving itself or I arrive at a place of peace and confidence. I also never have to be ashamed nor paranoid about anything I do, because it’s done with integrity. It’s so liberating and incredibly self-assuring.
