Meet Angela M. Riggs: VIVID Dreamer | Experience Enthusiast | Project Manager | Talent Coordinator | Executive & Administrative Support Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela M. Riggs and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Angela, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
First and foremost, I would be nothing without God and He did not create me to be ordinary! When people ask what I do, I say, “SHINE!” Over the past few years, I’ve developed a mantra that I aim to live by daily, and that is, “I am manifesting an abundance of love, joy, peace, and prosperity into my life in the spirit of gratitude.” That pretty much sums up everything I believe and desire, not only for myself, but for others as well.
What should our readers know about your business?
At VIVID Lifestyle Management, we strive to accurately assess, anticipate, and accommodate the business and personal needs of Entertainers and Entrepreneurs primarily through project management, executive/administrative assistance, talent coordination, brand ambassadorship, and production services (stage management, event/set PA, and castings). I’m also pretty excited that we’ve added voice over acting to our repertoire! We’ve been afforded the opportunity to work with many entertainers, entrepreneurs, productions, and brands including: BET Networks, Viacom Media Networks, WeTV, Facebook, Janelle Monáe & Wondaland Arts Society, Hylton Casting, Delta, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Naked Juice, UNICEF, Greater Than AIDS, Pop Culture Clothing, Marquis Boone Enterprises, Taliah Waajid, Jermaine Dolly, Summerella, Will Gittens, Londynn B, Da Brat, Bam Alexander, Lil’ John Roberts, Kelontae Gavin, Briana Babineaux, Casey J, Daron Jones of 112, All Cows Eat Grass, and A$H. to name a few. I truly believe what sets us apart is our dedication to providing stellar service and support, allowing you to live life more abundantly and turn your dreams into reality! If you haven’t gotten the chance to read my first feature on Voyage ATL, I explained what inspired me, the challenges along the journey, lessons, blessings, and how I arrived to where I am today. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
With the widespread of COVID-19, I’ve had to make some adjustments just like everyone else, but I’m truly grateful for this time of peace and reflection. When I do go out, I enjoy a nice hike on a trail, soaking in the sun and being one with nature. I also like attending sporting events, concerts, live shows, and an occasional kickback or happy hour with my girlfriends. I would definitely like to take this time to shout out some pretty cool black-owned spots to check out: Gratitude Botanical Farm, King Pop Shop, The Musa Lair, Iwi Fresh Garden Day Spa, Ju-Tox Juice Bar, ZuCot Gallery, Legacy Center, Boogalou Restaurant & Lounge, Pin and Proper, Le Petit Marché, B’s Cracklin BBQ, Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks, Tom, Dick & Hank, Sweet Auburn Seafood, Slim & Husky’s, Atlanta Breakfast Club, Rosie’s Coffee Cafe, Plant Based Pizzeria, Local Green Atlanta, Moorish Medicine, Tassili’s Raw Reality Café, and Sweet Cheats. If you want to do something different, try going axe throwing, lol.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’ve been immensely blessed to have such an incredible support system, that it would be impossible to name everyone who’s supported and guided me along the way. I definitely want to shout out all my family and friends! I’ve got to give credit to a few people who have poured into me along my professional journey: Terrence “T. Brown”, A$H., Mike Phillips, Lil’ John Roberts, Tina Fears, Charles “Charliewood” McCree, Stephen “Stix” Dickerson, Adam Wash, David Dorleans, Markus Burns and so many more! I am truly grateful. I would also like to highlight a few books that have changed the trajectory of my life: The Alchemist, The Purpose Driven Life, Think & Grow Rich, Good to Great, The Four Agreements, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Soulmate Secret, Sing to Me, and The Power of Your Subconscious Mind.
