We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Durant and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk taking is a necessary evil so to speak and truly involves processes that I will never shy away from. Overcoming the doubts and the internal questioning of whether or not I can or will be successful in the long run is something that I refuse to hinder me from my positive, forward momentum at this stage of my life and within my career. I fully understand that I must push myself through tough situations and remain resilient and determined no matter what and ultimately this self-determination truly works in my favor when it comes to managing both my short and long term goals for my personal life as well for managing my clients, transactions and for my career path as a whole. From smaller risks to much more sizable risks, I’ve endured them all and I and my company is all the better for it.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We specialize in serving clients’ needs within the states of Georgia and Florida. Commercial properties, residential deals, short sales, new construction, land lots – we will help research every aspect of real estate along with our clients and offer the necessary guidance and protection that they will need as they make their purchases and decisions. We will travel as far south as Miami and all the way up to the Lake Hartwell area of GA as long as my clients need me present and as long as the deal makes sense for all of us. As a Carolina girl originally from South Carolina, I pride myself on serving the SouthEast and exploring the beauty of the South with newcomers and with those who have been here along with me their entire lives. I am ecstatic to represent my clients, my family and my brand as we move forward with the building of a real estate team that stands upon knowledge, professionalism, and dignity along with the hustle and tenacity that is required to be a top producer within the real estate market.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Everyone that knows me well understands just how truly important music is to me. Good eats and good tunes would be a must. I support local artists when possible but will entertain at larger venues when possible. The fabulous Fox theater will always be a favorite. Relaxing at Piedmont Park and working up a sweat on the hiking trails at Stone Mountain Park are all fun ways to unwind, people watch and enjoy great conversation amongst friends, family and associates.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My journey would not have been the same without my spouse, children and parents. Cheers and sending so much love and gratitude for your presence, guidance and understanding!
