We had the good fortune of connecting with Sadesha Rogers and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sadesha, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Patience has taught me so much during this process and starting a business. Being able to maintain a healthy mindset it’s taught me to be humbled and organize. As far as the professional aspect, I’ve learned to become motivated and developed a business mindset.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As of right now I am currently in college, I am also a financial aid worker. I will be getting my degree in may 2021.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I don’t go outside much but if I do I am more of a arcade type of person I like to have fun or do activities with my friends
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband and I have been trying to start our business for quite some time, we have been through our ups and downs trying to make this all happen. We realized that we weren’t pushing harder to make this happen for us. we both share something special when it comes to this business. My husbands grandfather passed away and he was a mentor to him. My grandfather was in a near death situation and is now in a nursing home and he is unable to walk and talk. We decide to name our business after them because how special they were to us. It’s only the beginning and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for us. I want to thank my sister Jasmyn Morrison ( Jayre Naturals) for giving our name out and appreciate the support
