We had the good fortune of connecting with Promo Diva Tip and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Promo Diva, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I always had a passion for music, helping people, and a niche for admin; so why not combine what I’m good at with what I love. I was offered an opportunity to intern in social media marketing with an indie label named Super Entertainment Recordings and from there Promo Diva Tip was born. After 3 years of learning, I was ready to jump! I parted ways and started on my own as CEO of PDT ENT.

What should our readers know about your business?
I created and am the home of the indie artists $1 a day deal. Where artists and a couple other entrepreneurs can market their business on social media for as little as a $1 a day. Through almost 13 years of constant networking, staying up on trends and working long days to keep my foot print in the industry; I got to where I am. I won’t lie it wasn’t easy but many days were certainly worth all my dedication. Many times my stubbornness to not give up, is what got me through various challenges on the way. The most important thing I have learned is I have to be flexible, always willing to learn, and knowing it’s not for the weak. I want the world to know no matter what your dream is, understand you will face adversity, but success will come, if you work your craft everyday. Your network determines your net worth so never skip the process of getting to know people. When I stepped on the scene I knew Promo Diva Tip was here to stay.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The Swag Shop Barbershop on Edgewood Established by Killer Mike and his wife Sha
The Outkast- Air BNB Museum where guests can go in the Dungeon and record their own track.
Local Green Atlanta- a relaxed vegetarian experience on the West Side.

The Battery- where you can find, food, fun, friends and family. Places like Ifly, Top Golf, the Atlanta Braves, and Wahlbergers.
