Hi Antonio, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Building something that serves people, solves problems, and leaves a lasting impression on customers and the community. I wanted to challenge myself, keep learning, and create opportunities that could eventually benefit not just me, but others as well.

At Fresh Twist Catering, we believe every event tells a story, and food is its narrator. our culinary journey is rooted in over 13 years of experience, enriched by a fusion of global flavors and the warmth of Southern traditions. Whether it’s a wedding, a private celebration, or a birthday feast, we focus on crafting dishes that evoke joy and create lasting memories.
