We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathan Byron and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nathan, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process on starting my own business came from my passion for capturing moments and telling stories through videos. I noticed how powerful visual content is for businesses, brands, and individuals, and I wanted to turn a skill I genuinely enjoy into a career.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My journey wasn’t easy. Like many creatives, I started with limited resources and had to learn through trial and error. I spent countless hours studying filmmaking, practicing my craft, and building my portfolio one project at a time. The challenges taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of always improving.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Since I’m from Toronto, Canada I’m going to bring the around downtown Toronto and show them the diversity of the city through the food spots and activities.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Billy Banz he’s a Artist, Producer, and Engineer. Just seeing him fall in love with the process and push himself to get better at his craft is inspiring.
