We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathaniel “Tony” Bryan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nathaniel “Tony”, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
That I tried to help people to be the best themselves possible. I’ve always been a helper to/for people because I believe that I was put on this earth to do that. I want to help people to become better than themselves. I’ve always been a team-first type of guy. I never wanted to outshine the team but I wanted everyone on the team to shine together. In fitness, the trainer isn’t the star…the person putting in all of the work, eating clean, sacrificing, and most importantly changing their lifestyles are the stars. We as trainers give our clients the blueprint to change their bodies and minds but they have to do all of the work to remodel their temple. I want people to remember me as someone that cared, sacrificed, taught, and inspired them to be better than what they used to be.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Results Driven Fitness, LLC. What sets me apart from others is the different way in which I train clients based on the research that I’ve read and implemented into their training to help them to lose weight, get stronger, and move better each and every day. I’m most proud of growth…the growth of my business, the growth of knowledge to be able to help a lot more people. I’m excited about learning. Learning about fitness and how it’s forever changing, learning about new ways to help more people to be able to change their lifestyles and those around them. I got to where I am business-wise through failing and I overcame those challenges/failures by learning from each mistake and never repeating them. I’m still learning daily about the fitness business but as long as I’m receiving the knowledge the more people I can help. I want the world to know about me and my brand is passion drives me to be my very best daily which helps me to motivate people around me to be their very best daily.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly, I just moved to the Atlanta area right around the time the pandemic took over the world so I’m still exploring the city and everything that it has to offer but so far I’ve been to Fox Bros Bar-B-Q, The Food Shoppe, and Lousiana Bistreaux just to name a few. I want to explore Atlanta more and have some close friends who live here who are willing and able to take me around the city to visit some cool places. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family and close friends…but especially my Mom and Grandmom. These two women inspired me to want to be better despite my humble beginnings. They pushed me to see outside of Charleston, SC. They taught and instilled in me that if you keep God first, you work hard and stay patient what you want out of life can be yours and then some. I do what I do for my family. I just want them to be proud of me,..be proud of what I’ve accomplished thus far in my short career. When I’m tired or my mental health isn’t the best I just remember who I’m doing this for and thinking of those two women who raised me to be a man of faith, virtue, class, intelligence, and a lot of confidence.
