We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisbeth Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lisbeth, what makes you happy? Why?
I’m happiest when I’m creating. Whether it’s through photography to working on crafts with my daughter. I get such a satisfaction from seeing my ideas come to life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have always been a creative person as I believe that everyone is creative in their own unique way. I have a degree in Fashion Design and am a Certified Make Up Artist but found my love in photography and have never looked back. I started practicing my photography by taking photographs of my daughter, shortly after I became a family photographer. Photography ended up being a segue to the career path that I’m now in as a Content Creator which has given me more creative freedom that I truly love. I gather inspiration from nature, color, retro aesthetic and creative editing. I would like to think that my brand represents a colorful way of living, finding something beautiful and finding the fun in motherhood as I express my journey through my photographs.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love how Atlanta has so many things to offer. When I think of places to go, I think first check out the city and then venture out to the mountains north of Atlanta. In the metro area, I highly recommend checking out the High Museum, taking a stroll or rollerblade through Piedmont Park. I love nature so the Botanical Gardens is a must. For a fun day outdoors my favorite place to hang out for the day is at Riverwalk in Roswell. I love to walk the path, go kayaking and my daughter loves all the playgrounds. After that, I love heading out to my favorite coffee shop Land of a Thousand Hills. I always order the Caramanilla Latte, it has been my order for years there and I’m never disappointed. Heading north stopping at the North Georgia Premium Outlets is a must! After shopping lunch at The Blue Bicycle is next on the agenda. If you are looking for some excellent French cuisine, this is your place. I order the Escargot and the Warm Chevre Salad. Last stop would be my favorite little mountain town of Dahlonega. I love eating at The Smith House which is located right at the downtown. From the farmers market, to the antique mall. Downtown Dahlonega is my favorite place to spend a Saturday. I will not forget to mention, checking out the Wineries Dahlonega has to offer is the most fun part. My favorite Wineries are Monteluce and Wolf Mountain but Dahlonega has so many to choose from.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband has been a huge support system for me while pursuing my photography career. He has done everything from researching the equipment I needed to start my business to now being my photographer as I pursue Content Creation. I would also like to give a shoutout to my mentor Kristen behind the instagram account @kbousq. Being a part of her mentorship program has been a what I needed to pursue a successful social media business.
