Hi Latanya, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I would have to say the most important factor behind the success of my brand would be consistency. Consistently giving my clients their desired look and delivering the ultimate experience. From the time you book a service with me you get professionalism at the door. New or returning it doesn’t matter, I take pride in being flexible and dependable along with valuing each client specific needs .

Face by LCherelle customers typically range from ages as young as 6 years old to women in their mid 50’s.

Most of my clientele generally want to still look like themselves but with a few sprinkles of glam.

With the use of purchasing a variety of cruelty free products it makes my job much easier. to deliver every time.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m extremely excited for the “No Makeup Look” movement that is creeping back in style. Coming 2022 I will be including more editorial, Avant Garde style looks to the portfolio for sure.

What sets me apart from others is me offering Mobile services where I travel to your location of choice. Along side my skill to properly conceal and match each persons skin tone. Skin appearing as skin is highly important to me and it shows throughout my work. I’ve worked with just about every ethnicity and studied how to effortlessly match each and every one of them. At one point I couldn’t find my lane but I quickly realized my lane was still evolving and it wasn’t time .

Natural Makeup Enhancements wasn’t being glorified often via social media outlets like Instagram and Facebook or even Pinterest. Heck yeah it discouraged me at times and even had me contemplate often on switching up my style and technique. I survived by those helpful reminders from my partner and clients on the reason why my clients chose me as their makeup artist. Once I heard that at least 5 times, I took that information in ,honed in on it and its been crazy busy ever since!

Reliability and dedication along with waking up to take clients as early as 5am has got me recognized and consistently booked.

Throughout this everchanging journey I’ve learned to bring the confidence no matter what, if you aren’t confident in your techniques , how will your client be able feel after a makeup session. Also to always stay up on all the trends and hacks that are out their it just might save you on one of those hectic days.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Being that I’m still new to Atlanta , I would take my friend to Downtown ATL to listen to some music and have drinks at the Suite Food Lounge. I would probably google all the the Selfie Museums and plan a day of getting all dolled up. Of course we would take thousands of photos and videos.
