We had the good fortune of connecting with Lala Diore and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lala, what inspires you?
I’m inspired by the hopeless. What I mean by that is I see so many people with so much potential, gifts, & talents. Walk around and stay stuck in their environment, stuck in the bare minimum of life. I never make the assumption that they are there because they want to be but I get touched deeply by wanted to know their stories , their choices , their lack of and if they could do something different what would it have been. I love to hear a persons dream/dreams. We all have them but we all don’t have the determination or hope or faith or encouragement to succeed or pursue them…. that’ motivates me to my core to be the living proof and encouragement to everyone across the world to chase their dreams. And to let them know it’s never too late . This really hits home for me coming from my environment nobody ever chased a dream where I’m from…well I didn’t see it growing up . There aren’t any business owners that I know of in my family … I’m the first so it inspires me deeply to do more and go harder to be the blueprint for the people to manifest and walk in your destiny.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from others is my story , my aura , my light, my uniqueness, my rareness. I don’t fit in the standards that are set worldly for artist I’m the total opposite- but everything that was set to work against me really works for me and helps me to stand out. I think my fire is what really sets me apart from everyone else. The anointing on my life when I’m operating in my calling sets me in my own lane which is untouchable. What I’m most proud about is really tapping into being a light in the dark being a kind soul where it seems to be only evil I’m most proud when I’m being a inspiration to my people and they are proud of me . Which leads me to know that it’s way bigger than me and I have a mission on this earth to complete. I’m Excited about every opportunity I get to meet one reach one , as well as next levels of accomplishing the impossible excited to let God do what no man has seen or heard or thought of when it comes to my life . I got where I am today professionally being honest hard work , determination, blood, sweat, tears, downfalls, trials & tribulations. It all made me who I am Training and really having that mindset that I want to be great and really not settling for mediocre. Being hungry for it takes you to a whole new level my hunger has lead me to dwell amongst some of the greats and be able to dance for a legend Janet Jackson all praises to the most high for that opportunity. It wasn’t easy it never was and I feel like it will never be easy . I think the higher the elevation the harder the trials but you are already trained from the mishaps that takes place while you in your process it all equips you so gracefully. I overcome the challenges by prayer, faith, and fight. God keeps me every step of the way and helps me along the way . Without faith and belief it’s going to seem impossible or you will feel defeated when challenges come but you gotta know that if there was no challenges it wouldn’t be worth it so accept them with open arms . And conquer them with a courageous heart. What I’ve learned along the way is that there is no competition when you are walking in your calling , what is for you is for you, nobody is you and that’s your power. Hard work really pays off , study your craft , do overtime , go hard – then go harder . The mission is the process and last but not least as long as you don’t give up YOU WILL WIN ! I want the world to know that a young lady from loveman village projects who never knew her father who mother is a recovering addict who grew up coming from struggle , poverty, hard times is going to change the world for the greater of good abs leave a mark on this earth that has never been left , that my story and being is going to break barriers and create new waves that haven’t even been thought of I want the world to know that you can be anything you want to be no matter where you come from & no matter what you had and didn’t have your destiny isn’t determined by what we see/ BUT ITS WHO YOU ARE !
