We had the good fortune of connecting with Joe Ward Jr and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Joe, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I came up with the Idea for this business because of the Pandemic and the Corona virus. I figure that if the people are scared to go out to eat at restaurants, why not have the restaurant come to you.

What should our readers know about your business?
Becoming a Traveling Hibachi Chef has really changed my life!!! It sets me apart from others because my personality, my drive, my ambition for what I love to do. I get so excited when I arrive at the customers house and they surprising their Guests. Starting this business was kinda easy. I was already cooking food selling at pop-up shops events, delivery food to businesses and even selling food from the house. I received a flat top grill for Fathers Day. One day I was asked to cooked a hibachi meal for a birthday so I decided to go cook for the family at the house. It has been on every since then!! I want the world to know I take pride in my work and my Brand.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami/ Fort Lauderdale. Hang out in the City eat at Trick Daddy restaurant and catch a couple of food trucks. Hit south beach and enjoy the fun.
