We had the good fortune of connecting with Ginelgin Wright and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ginelgin, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was being able to be in control of my life and time. Some people love their 9-5 jobs, but some of us crave something bigger. I think that’s the beauty of humankind,I’m fulfilled being a part of special chapters of people’s lives by capturing moments that will last for generations.Creating a job that I actually loved was the only realistic answer for me. Living a life that was overall more enjoyable & didn’t limit my time with family or friends was my ultimate goal. I always provide top notch experiences and dedication to my brand.I believe in photography as being a form of art and also telling stories behind a camera lens.

What should our readers know about your business?

I specialize in all levels of Photography, such as Weddings, Portraits, Maternity photos,Events etc. What sets me apart from other photographers, is that photography is deeper than just a photo, it tells a story. I take pride in making others feel confident and comfortable. I got as far as I am today by hard work and dedication. It was challenging for me to start due to me not knowing, how my outcome would be.I overcame my thoughts and thought about the passion that, I have always had for photography since I was 14 years old.I had to start making my dreams come to reality.I mostly work around the Metro Atlanta areas but am always down to travel.I cherish presence and genuinely more than just a perfect photo.

Lessons that I have learned along the way is that you can never stop learning. Always be teachable and in order to love your work life, you have to prioritize your personal life.Know your limits and honor those. You have to be your own teacher if you want to create masterpieces through your work. NEVER stop learning the more you know the better your quality. The more you invest into your business it will pay off and you will have the opportunity to build your business the way you want to.I want the world to know that my passion for Photography will always develop through my camera Lens.Each shot is worth a memory that will last for generations.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
You can’t come to Atlanta and not visit Downtown Atlanta,Piedmont park, Atlantic station and Midtown areas.Fine dining would be Ruth Chris Steak House, STK and The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View. The most exciting place to visit in Atlanta would be Lenox Mall for shopping and the Jackson street bridge, where you can take nice photos and enjoy the city view.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Everything I’m proud of, I really owe to my incredible clients. They’ve been my motivation for everything. The Photography community has also been an awesome way for me to learn more and to dedicate more time into my craft. Community over competition is what I stand by.My son is my biggest motivation and he is why I am striving to be the best that I can be, to show him that the sky’s the limit and he can do whatever he wants to be successful.If you believe in your dreams accomplish them!
