We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Tijana Sefic Eby and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Tijana, what principle do you value most?
Community is our guiding light here at HealthyBEing Wellness. Our goal has always been to provide support & education & empowerment for our practice members. We want to stand with them as they navigate their wellness journey and work together to help them meet their health & wellness goals. This is a collaborative experience that helps to bUild focus and confidence outside our doors as well in every aspect of their lifestyle.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I started my chiropractic practice in February of 2012 by myself with the bare minimums of having a table and a couple of patients. I started becoming a part of my community by volunteering in local motherhood groups to learn more and meet more people. And my practice started growing organically, which was always my goal. My mission is to serve women and their families in all walks of life, so that what I did. I surrounded myself by women, mothers especially, and listen to what they needed to feel supported and then I stepped in to help.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a big fan of outdoors spaces in the Metro Atlanta area, parks, playgrounds, and venues. Piedmont Park and the Beltline give you a little taste of Atlanta while also being active. Atlanta has so many great food spots and restaurants to choose from in almost every part of town. Roswell & Alpharetta historic downtowns are really up and coming.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am so grateful to all the amazing women in my life who love & support me throughout this journey, from my Mom, Grandma, Sister, Aunt, my best friends, my fellow chiropractors, and colleagues.
