We had the good fortune of connecting with Ayisha Sims and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ayisha, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Running multiple businesses with different brands, I’ve learned that consistency is key. It can be a bit challenging at times because of the multitude of responsibilities. However, having a system in place and patience are key factors.
I’m also constantly investing in courses that will allow me to improve in each business. You have to be willing to invest in yourself and surround yourself with the right people to be successful.
I spend a lot of time alone (when I get a chance from my 5 years old) lol. In my time alone, I’m planning, meditating, journaling, listening to high vibrational music or reading a good book. Taking time from my business to focus on self care and self love is a big part of my success.
I have a spiritual coaching brand called, “8scape healing” and one of the fundamental reasons it has been so successful is because I build long lasting relationships with my clients.
As a result, my clients always refer multiple people to experience my services.
I believe this is why I have so many amazing testimonials from past clients which help grow and validate my brand.
I could tell a potential client that I can give them results, however, for them to hear positive feedback from past clients is priceless.
So, to sum it up, be consistent, personable, patient, take time to refocus and regroup, and definitely ask for testimonials and reviews so that you can continue to build and establish brand credibility.
What should our readers know about your business?
I have overcome many obstacles in my life that have led me on an enlightened spiritual path, one that I could have never imagined.
This path has allowed me to embrace the calling I have on my life, which includes being an amazing Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Healer, Self-Published Author, and Magickal Mentor.
My coaching has positively impacted countless lives by giving clients and students simple instruction and direction which allows them to become the best versions of themselves and live their truth.
As an energy healer, I have taken a holistic approach to healing myself and others mentally, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. As a creative, I have created products such as journals, books, courses and games that will assist in the understanding and elevation of self.
I continue to change lives by mentoring women & showing them the powers that exist within them.
Through my coaching and mentoring, I empower, encourage, and educate women to believe in themselves, trust their divine wisdom and stand in their power.
It is my mission and calling to help women know who they are and live out their divine destiny.
I’ve published many books and journals. To name a couple of my published projects are “Answers from the Universe Uncut”, a fun book of Bibliomancy, and a spiritual game “The Spiritual B!tch Game”. These projects are created to assist and awaken the essence within anyone that’s looking for more answers.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m not from Atlanta. I’ve been here for almost 3 years but if my best friend was visiting, I’d definitely take her to downtown Lithonia to The Black Dot Book Store and Green Love Vegan Restaurant.
We would also go to Stone Mountain for the sights, not to hike, and The Underground in Downtown Atlanta.
Then to wind down from the fast city, we’d go to Panola Park to sit by the lake to meditate and ground ourselves in nature.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give special recognition to my mother Yvonne D. Jackson. My mother has been there for me through my ups and downs. She has supported me through my good and bad decisions and has been a solid rock in my corner.
My mommy is the true definition of unconditional love, patience, and strength.
When I fell on hard times, she opened her home to my children and I and that was the beginning of my spiritual journey which led me to where I am today.
Cornell Samuels is another person that has helped me on my journey of magickal greatness. When I was lost and confused and afraid of elevating, he made me think about everything that I wanted and who I wanted to be. He was there to help me on my journey until I was strong enough and wise enough to walk boldly in my purpose.
Last but not least, my children Andre’, Jalil, Ahsiya, Jabari and my Magickal Mentoring Tribe. They have continued to be my motivation on this journey.
