We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Well to say I chose to pursue an artistic and creative career would belittle the ideal behind that question. I didn’t choose an artistic and creative life by accident or by decision, it’s been in me for as long as I can remember. When I was five years old, I used to cut out little paper tickets and hand them to my family like they were about to watch something big. I’d perform songs in front of them like it mattered, like it was real. Even then, I wasn’t just playing. I was creating a moment, trying to make people feel something. That instinct never left. It just evolved.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is built around emotion, atmosphere, and honesty. I’m not just making songs, I’m creating a feeling and a world people can step into. Heavily inspired by grunge and the the 2016 SoundCloud era of artist such as XXXTENTACION, Juice WRLD, Trippie Redd, Bones, Ghostmane, Xavier Wolf, Yung Lean, Suicide Boys and more I focus on making music that’s real and connects on a deeper level. Everything I’ve built so far has been independent. It hasn’t been easy, there were times where growth felt slow and resources were limited, but I stayed consistent and kept pushing my vision. One of my biggest milestones so far was seeing my song gain over 330K views and 26K+ likes on TikTok, which showed me that the sound and message really resonate with people. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to stay authentic and keep going, even when it’s not immediate. What I want people to know about AGM Ghettokiid is that it’s more than music, it’s a real story, real emotion, and something I’m building to last.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d probably take them to one of the spots where I grew up eating at, it’s a north Denver Mexican restaurant and they serve the best geeen chilli fries ! It’s called Chubbys ! After that I’d probably take you to nice 420 spot after all it’s Denver Colorado !
