We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Green and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alex, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
Many persons believe customer service/ experience is just about being pleasant and helpful but there is a lot of work that needs to go into creating processes and systems that allows your staff to be able to provide the quality service customers desire. It is not as easy as is perceived.
What should our readers know about your business?
SP!KE came out of my experiences with businesses over many years. I was so frustrated with spending my hard earned money with businesses that treated me so poorly. I realized some of the businesses actually really did not know what they were doing wrong and how much they were truly missing out on through neglecting to enhance their service experience. I also realized that I was far from the only customer with these frustrations. So, I decided to put my skills and knowledge to use in creating the solution. It has been a journey as with most things in life but, sticking to it and being consistent has gone a far way. Also, believing in the services we offer has been invaluable. I am very excited about our CX Unlocked platform. As we continue to grow and develop in that space, we are able to serve more people sooner and see the changes reflected in the world around us – near and far. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
