Hi Diana, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important thing I have learned in my years in business is the importance of integrity. Call it old school, but in my experience, to succeed in business you need to keep your word when you give it. This is especially important when your business depends on word-of-mouth endorsements because repeat customers can make or break your business. Although there are some business models in which repeat business is less valued, it is vitally important for most small businesses. The amount of time that I spend with a customer would be the kiss of death to a business that offers no added value, nor is extra attention expected by its customers.
What should our readers know about your business?
My first Business is Escomex -Specialist in foreign trade. We provide consulting services in Domestic and , international transportation, logistics process, export, import, intermodal transportation. Círculo Empresarial (Business Circle) We also provide consulting services in Business & Organizational Development , We help through strategies, Business plan, courses, master classes, webinars , etc the Business and support the entrepreneurs throughout the process and structuring of their business project from the idea to achieve optimal results. We develop training, talks, seminars, workshops on leadership, etc to support the micro, small and medium size companies To a better success.

Standing by every great person that I meet since the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey has been amazing and I’m so thankful !. The person I want to acknowledge is John Chumley; my husband. He has been open about all my ideas, He inspired and motivated me to reach outside of my comfort zone. He is always by my side and believe in me and the projects: Escomex Services and Círculo Empresarial ( Business Circle).
