We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina & Carolina Jimenez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina & Carolina, what do you attribute your success to?
One of the reasons we have seen our business grow so quickly is because we always think like the consumer of the brands we help. We specialize in helping the food and beverage industry, which means we need to put ourselves into the shoes of their target audience, to know which type of content they would want to see, and what they will interact with.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We focus on building brand awareness to the food and beverage industry in our community. We strive to bring potential customers and excitement to new cuisines, (being in Georgia, it’s hard to stray from the traditional New American restaurants). I think something that made us successful in this venture was the understanding of our community’s needs. We listened to what people were asking us for and applied it (almost) immediately!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Assuming our friend was just like us, we know this itinerary has to be 80% food focused of course. For breakfast, we would go with Buttermilk Kitchen or Fellows Cafe because they also have great coffee drinks. Lunch could be something with a nice patio or rooftop like Buena Vida Tapas or Patria Cocina. Then a walk around the beltline and piedmont park to burn off some calories, and get our stomachs ready for the next meal. An eclectic dinner at Eight Sushi or Casi Cielo would definitely hit the spot. And topping it off with drinks at the Garden Room or Whiskey Project.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I think our business really kicked off after Tina had her first baby, Aria (and Caro’s first niece)! This allowed for us to have the time freedom to focus on a full time strategy that brought our passions together. So shoutout to baby Aria and also shoutout to our family that helps and supports us while we build our little foodie empire.
