Meet Noelle Abent | Reiki Master/Spiritual Counselor/Minister

We had the good fortune of connecting with Noelle Abent and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Noelle, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Having a daily routine is key in my success! Starting the morning with prayer- to connect and give thanks for all I have. Then to meditate so I can move forward with a clear mind. I journal to write ideas I receive after I meditate. Keeping myself healthy by eating fresh food, getting a good night of sleep and daily yoga keeps me strong and healthy in order for me to to be a channel of healing for others. When I first started Energetic Therapies, I’d keep my calendar full with consistent actions I needed to take to grow my business. I’d do one step every day to connect with my community, such as reaching out to another business or attending a networking event.

Keeping my mind healthy by surrounding myself with a community of positive people is key. Attending church, connecting with other entrepreneurs to share ideas and reading inspirational books all inspire my success.

What should our readers know about your business?
Energetic Therapies, LLC was created by my passion for energy healing and spirituality. I wanted to create a place where people could receive an energy healing or spiritual counseling session, learn Reiki, and come together and meditate. It wasn’t easy, it took a lot of faith, but it was worth it! There were naysayers, such as- you’ll never make money being a healer. But my goal wasn’t to make money, it was to to help others heal in a natural way, physically, emotionally and mentally. And I knew if I put my energy out in the world and created it, the clients would come, and I’d be able to support myself doing what I love!

As my faith in myself and my business grew, and I continued to teach and educate others on the benefits of energy healing my client base grew! I started publishing monthly inspirational newsletters and leading monthly meditations. Bringing people together in a sacred space of meditation lifted the vibration of everyone there, and attracted the right clients that were looking for alternative healing methods.

I learned there will always be naysayers, but you must do it anyway. There will be risks and challenges along the journey, but you must take the risk and face the challenge to make your dreams come true. You must step out of the box of what we’re taught to believe, and know you can create the life of your dreams- believe in yourself, have faith and DO it- one step at a time.

Energetic Therapies is my dream, and I’m living it every day. My mission is to continue to help people understand the benefits of energy healing so they can life a healthier life filled with purpose! To live emotionally balanced, mentally focused, spiritually connected and physically strong, it all starts with your Energy!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta has a lot to offer! I live close to downtown Roswell, and enjoy the restaurants in the square there and hiking the Roswell Mill. We’d spend a day at Jeju Spa relaxing. Ponce City Market and walking the belt line would be on the agenda as well as Piedmont Park and hopefully an outdoor festival to catch to some live music!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout goes to my family and friends who’ve believed in me, supported me and cheered me on every step of the way! You know who you are- if you’re reading this you’re one of them!
