We had the good fortune of connecting with Embry Rawls and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Embry, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business.. I just went for it.. Im like if i can make people happy with my food why not make it a every day thing and thats what i did.. I put a menu together promoted myself on social media platforms and staryed doing pop up shops where i am well known in 4months..!!!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Its not Easy.. But i am overcoming the hard part.. I put pride in to my business.. My kitchen is open 24hrs 6 days a week… Ive learned that alot of people that says they are happy for your success really dont be.. And thats ok.. Im building a brand from the bottom ill soon be sitting at the Top…

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would go every where.. I love bars that doesnt have too many people.. So our 1st stop would be Spondivits i love Seafood.. Top Golf..

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
