We had the good fortune of connecting with Sylvester Hatcher and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sylvester, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Well i wanted to be my own boss,I wanted to have full creative control over everything I visioned.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Me being a music producer I feel what sets me apart from others is when I compose beats/instrumentals they’re more so created off true expression and sincere feeling other than going off of what’s trending, but being as tho I’m in the music business, I do yield to artist and their needs, even tho I feel you should be 100 % yourself lol. I got started making beats years ago when I was in a rough spot in my life. my brother “seven sun” who does music as well introduced me to Sony acid which was a music program that I used to experiment with mainstream tracks just for fun. Later on it was MTV music generator and then he put me on to FL studio lol. When I started I didn’t know anything bout hooks ,verses,bars etc lol,but I channeled all of my pains into what I was doing and soon went from sounding bad,to ok,good then great 🔊🎶🔥. Some of the things I look back on that I’m proud of is different forms of acknowledgment and appreciation I’ve received from music artists over the years, and with me knowing where I come from and been thru to what I am today is pure perseverance. it’s not easy at all but what’s key is to never give up, don’t worry about what things look or even feel like just believe you can make it happen

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a very laidback ,super chill guy so some  of my favorite spots to go to are not really too wild I’m very simple ,but bowling with some beers,good wings and music and that’s all she wrote 😂

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out all the ones who have encouraged and motivated me since day 1,especially visual director”ROC REElS” It’s iron sharpen iron with us ,we do 2 totally different things ,but we both push each other to the max, 2nd is Grammy award winning Music Producer “ Snipe G young”he has passed down plenty knowledge ,tips etc, more so the fact of him not being stingy with the art and wanting others to succeed
