Hi Pretti Emage, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I’m from the dynamic Tampa Bay Area in Florida. Growing up in a culturally rich and musically diverse environment shaped my creativity and passion for music. My upbringing instilled resilience, determination, and the drive to break barriers, influencing my unique blend of hip-hop, R&B, and pop. Surrounded by a supportive family and a community that celebrated individuality, I learned to embrace my talents and work tirelessly to share my artistry with the world. Tampa’s vibrant culture continues to fuel my journey and inspire my evolution as an artist.

As Pretti Emage, my music is an authentic reflection of who I am—vibrant, raw, and deeply connected to my roots. I blend hip-hop, R&B, and pop to create a sound that speaks to a wide audience while staying true to my unique voice. What sets me apart is my ability to fuse various genres, and my lyrics often touch on personal experiences, growth, and the journey of overcoming obstacles.

What I’m most proud of is the way I’ve evolved as both an artist and a person. I’ve built a brand that not only reflects my artistry but also my dedication and resilience. Growing up in the vibrant Tampa Bay area, I was always surrounded by music and art, which gave me the confidence to pursue my passion.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy—there have been struggles, setbacks, and many moments of doubt. But through hard work, persistence, and the support of my family and fans, I’ve made it through. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about talent; it’s about consistency, believing in yourself when no one else does, and being able to adapt to change. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you have to be your own biggest supporter and advocate.

My journey hasn’t been a straight path, but it’s been worth it. I want the world to know that Pretti Emage is more than just an artist; I’m a storyteller, a force of nature, and someone who’s here to inspire others to chase their dreams, no matter how difficult the journey may seem. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting the Tampa Bay area for a week, I’d make sure they experience the best of what this vibrant region has to offer. Here’s the ultimate week-long itinerary:

Day 1: Welcome to Tampa Bay

Breakfast: Start the day at Oxford Exchange for an upscale brunch and some boutique shopping.

Day Activity: Explore Tampa Riverwalk—walk along the scenic path, rent bikes, and visit the Florida Aquarium.

Dinner: Head to Bern’s Steak House, a Tampa classic, for an unforgettable fine dining experience.

Evening: Drinks at Armature Works overlooking the Hillsborough River.

Day 2: Clearwater Beach Day

Morning: Drive to Clearwater Beach for a day of sun and sand. Grab breakfast at Clear Sky Cafe.

Afternoon: Take a dolphin tour or parasailing adventure.

Dinner: Enjoy fresh seafood at Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill right on the beach.
