Meet Zanna Wolfgang | DREAM CULTIVATOR

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zanna Wolfgang and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zanna, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Thrive Ranch has come to represent what it truly means to take a leap of faith and pursue turning dreams into reality. Life unfolds in the most unexpected ways sometimes. What began as a passion project growing what came to be known as THE FUNNY FARM, when we still lived in Montana has evolved into revitalizing experiences allowing people to step back to reconnect with themselves and nature.
As I came to know and love each of our animals, I realized there was something truly magical happening here. It was bigger than simply interacting with animals. It became a space where people could come, breathe, and just be. With each visit, I noticed something that stayed with me, how many people had stopped allowing themselves to dream… or maybe never even truly started. My dream evolved into a mission to invite people to dream again and then with simple concepts take action to bring those dreams to life. One of the many life lessons I learn around here is that the simple things really are the big things. If we get that right anything becomes possible.
In 2024 we took a huge leap of faith and moved with our whole menagerie of animals including goats, mini and full-size highland cattle, pigs, alpacas, chicken, ducks, rescue pups, and a bunny to Brooks Georgia. Call it intuition, I knew this is where I was supposed to share what I call REVIVE Experiences at THRIVE RANCH. What I love most about our name is the word THRIVER is within it. Which was an unexpected blessing of having to evolve from our original name THRIVE FARM after I filed for a trademark. Magic in the messy as we like to say around here!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One of the concepts I am most excited to share is the Best Life Buckets I created. I love inviting people to intentionally fill their buckets with purpose when they come to visit Thrive Ranch. I also love bringing my boutique horse trailer out into the community, creating space wherever I go for people to connect, and fill their buckets too.
I’m inspired daily by the many life lessons I observe and experience while doing chores down at the barn. The Best Life Bucket concept actually came to me one day while I was shoveling sh*t (truly the best therapy) and reflecting on all I had to be grateful for. The song Bucket List was playing from the phone I always have singing in my pocket while I work, and in that moment, my heart felt completely full.
As I looked around at the incredible setting, I spotted one of the many buckets scattered around the funny farm and thought, my bucket runneth over. And just like that, it all clicked.
The Best Life Buckets were born as both a playful nod to the saying my cup runneth over and the idea of living life to the fullest, dreaming big, letting go of what no longer serves us, practicing gratitude, and intentionally creating a life we love. A reminder to keep crossing things of our bucket list for life and be open to possibilities you never imagined because a dream you don’t even know exists might be waiting for you.
From there, I began inviting people to intentionally fill their Best Life Buckets whenever they came for a visit.
The Dream Bucket is where you place your intentions—your dreams, desires, and those bucket-list moments you’re calling in.
The Let It Go Bucket, also sometimes lovingly known as the F-It Bucket, is where you place what feels heavy… the worries, fears, stories, or things that simply aren’t serving you anymore.
And of course, the Gratitude Bucket—because what we appreciate truly appreciates.
The buckets themselves aren’t magic. But the intentionality is. There is something incredibly powerful about writing things down, physically placing them in a bucket, and allowing yourself to pause long enough to reflect. That simple act creates space for both cultivation and connection, often opening the door to meaningful conversations, shared stories, and quiet moments of clarity.
Sometimes, all it takes is a bucket, a pen, and a little willingness to be honest with ourselves and with each other to begin filling a life that feels more aligned, lighter, and full.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would most definitely just spend a day soaking up the simple moments our ranch offers including stretching, grounding, swing a little in the barn, loving on some furry friends and filling buckets. I am a big fan of good sip and good eats, so I love taking friends into Senoia for all of the above, for coffee treats I love Senoia Coffee and for lunch of dinner I am a big fan of Borgo Italia. Their full emersion dinner experience is an incredible must do! I also love Bistro Hilary for delicious craft cocktails and amazing bites. Depending on the time of year heading to Gregg Peach Farm is always fun. And it’s a must to head over to Trilith for the remarkable festivities always happening. I am relatively new in the area so I am still discovering all the fun must dos.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely! The list of people who have inspired and supported me is long but at the top of the list is my husband Jeff and our sons Kolton and Kyler. They are my biggest fans and inspire me daily.
