We had the good fortune of connecting with Vincent Howard and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vincent, looking back, what do you think was the most difficult decision you’ve had to make?
The most difficult decision I’ve had to make would have to be to quit 9-5 and go into business myself.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a creative of Acting and Film I have dedicated my style to a specific look to separate my vizion from any other Director or Actor. U can always tell an artist work by the style it’s created. It makes me very excited to execute and produce a project to see the ending result of what started as a idea or thought in your head. Patients and consistency I’d have to say got me to where I am professionally, everyday I would practice auditioning and shoot photos of anything just to get practice. Not easy at all because u have to worry about how the money is coming in! I’d take any job in the beginning just to make ends meet. Along the way lots of lessons learned about client bookings, Audition methods, and Definitely Practice makes perfect. I’m just an Actor from San Diego Ca. with dreams bigger than life my Production company was just that until I created it,
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would most likely start at a dope restaurant I frequent I’m sure lol, Alluvia has GREAT food. Atlanta is known for its day parties so I’m sure we would drop into one in the city. Next we go to art district of Atl, that would let my friend pick up a conversational Souvenir to take back with them. I’m sure we would do a photo shoot here as well to capture the scenery’s here in the City. Followed by a night life adventure they probably have never experienced lol Atlanta night life Does not stop. The Georgia Aquarium is Awsome as well no matter what age you are. I’m sure we would end the week with a nice farewell from Magic City!!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d definitely like to shoutout my family and friends that always keep me on my toes encouraging me to stay focused.
