We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Brady and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Victoria, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand my level of transparency. I aim to be as thorough as possible with my clients as a way to build trust and ensure we maintain open communication. As a result, my clients are not only more satisfied but they also become loyal customers.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Currently, I have two business ventures; Glow & Grow Fitness and Glow & Grow Marketing. My first has always been Marketing! I have over 10 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, I always wanted to launch my own marketing & design consulting company to help small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their brand & attract more business. Glow & Grow Marketing was started to do just that. I currently provide marketing strategy, market research, web & graphic design, and social media marketing. I can honestly say it has not been an easy transition, from corporate to entrepreneurship, but it has definitely been worth it! I started Glow & Grow Fitness after losing 130 pounds through diet and exercise. My personal weight loss journey motivated me to become a CPT in 2019 and launch my fitness brand shortly thereafter. Having went through the process is what sets me apart because I am able to relate on a personal level with my clients & ignite hope in them! As a fitness professional, I aspire to inspire and motivate others to reach their health & fitness goals.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
Some places & things I would take my friend to do include, the Georgia Aquarium, a show at the Fox (or game at the Mercedes Benz stadium), Ponce City Market, ride bikes on the Beltline, and visit Stone Mountain Park. Additionally, we would do a food crawl around the city since there are so many awesome restaurants to try out! Mary Macs is one of my favorites.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many resources and people that have been supportive for me, I can’t pinpoint just one! I will say following Gary Vee and his advice for starting a business has given me courage to just go for it! My fear of failure & rejection has been a limitation on this road to entrepreneurship but following him, has given me a new perspective on taking risks and going after my dreams!
