We had the good fortune of connecting with TIFFANY CARTWRIGHT and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi TIFFANY, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I am a firm believer: no risk, no reward. Everything about being a successful entrepreneur requires taking risks. I believe you must be willing to give up everything you have for what you want.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Amarra Products is a certified woman-owned, certified woman-owned, Detroit based company specializing in natural, organic skincare products. My company started when my daughter Taylor was born with eczema. I never dreamed of owning a company or launching a beauty brand. I was simply a mom determined to find natural remedies for my daughter’s skin. The great new is..they worked! I later started an LLC, successfully pitched to Shark Tank in Detroit and to Wal-Mart in Bentonville, AR.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a lover of the outdoors and in light of COVID 19, I’d definitely suggest a long hike/walk along the beautiful Detroit Riverwalk.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to Art Cartwright, my brother, pastor, mentor and Founder of Global Empowerment Ministries.
