Hi Tatyana, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own Business was that I wanted to help as many Businesses, Entrepreneurs, & Content Creators thrive and elevate within the social media realm with the assistance of my social media management & marketing business Socialsbytaty. I love seeing small businesses & micro influencers grow, flourish, & reach their highest potential on & off of social media. So wherever I can help within their business or journey, whether it be through their marketing, engagement, editing, content quality, consistency, helping with brand deals, etc. I’m here to help, teach, & guide them along the way.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Hi my name is Tatyana Voltaire. I’m from & reside in Shreveport, Louisiana. I started my Social Media Agency Socialsbytaty in March of 2022 and haven’t looked back since. I originally started my social media agency because I was a successful micro content creator since 2020, I created unique & creative content and worked with a variety of brands for collaborations. I loved every minute of it, yes it wasn’t always easy but looking back it was definitely worth it and I had so much fun & met so many amazing creators along the way. I offer Social Media Management, so I’ll edit clients content, post their content on social media, help with engagement, assist with Content ideas, I offer content days where I come to them to create, film, & edit the content for them for their business services or products. I offer 1 on 1 strategy calls, social media audits, Instagram Revamps, Email & SMS Marketing, and more.

As a Social Media Manager & Marketing specialist what sets me apart from any other agency is that I actually take the time to build genuine & authentic connections with all of my clients, I get to know them & their brands personally, and teach them everything they need to know when it comes to social media & how to navigate it and conquer the algorithm. I treat their businesses as my own, and promote it as such. I actually care about my clients and the success of their businesses, because I always want to see them succeed, they deserve everything and more life has to offer them.

I’m most proud of how I grew my small business on my own from the ground up with God by my side, to be able to help businesses grow and scale through social media really makes my heart smile and one of the reasons I keep doing what I love to do.

How I overcame the obstacles & challenges throughout my content creator and social media management journey were to pray, have faith, ask for help if i needed it, be open minded & receptive to constructive criticism, and always be teachable no matter what level i reach. How I got to where I am today is by never giving up no matter what, to keep going even when the numbers are low especially when you’re first starting out, staying consistent because someone is always watching and rooting for you, and most importantly from hard work and dedication.

Two lessons I’ve learned so far along the way were that the vision that you have for your business is bigger than just you and to stay obedient & disciplined because on the other side of that is someones breakthrough.

What I want the world to know about my Business Socialsbytaty is that it’ll make a difference in this world and that they will hear and see our name again very soon because we’re working hard and striving to be bigger & better every single day to be a very known and respected household social media agency name.

I owe all of my success to God. He birthed Socialsbytaty within me and has helped me scale my business & help so many people all across the world over the years reach their goals as well within their business & or content creator journey. I’ll forever give thanks to him for showing me my purpose, keeping me going, & motivating me to show up every single day even when I don’t feel as confident or disciplined.
