We had the good fortune of connecting with Tamesha Alston and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tamesha, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I came up with the ideal of starting my online boutique Amore Beautee due to the lack of small businesses in my area, it wasn’t enough of great quality clothing and accessories for not only women but men and kids. Being that myself and my family love to shop, so I thought why not start my own online boutique

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m proud of my Accomplishments, it was hard starting out especially getting the clientele and earning my customers trust. Being an entrepreneur is a lot of hard work and dedication, you have both good and bad days but that come with part of owning your own business. My brand was built for women of all kind, to let everyone know it don’t matter what your shape is, always love yourself, My Motto: BE BEAUTIFUL, BE DIFFERENT, BE YOU

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout my husband Kendall, my sons Ka’Mari, Tayquan, Kj for sticking by me through from start the beginning. My family for the support and All my supporters and social media followers. Y’all are Amazing
