We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Andrews and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stephanie, what do you attribute your success to?
I think that the most important factor of the success of Balance Design is tenacity. May sound like a trite answer, but I have found that there are always new challenges and issues, and all that I can do is make the best decision for that moment and move on. So much time can be sent on dwelling on the worst possible outcomes, and luckily that is very rare.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The best part of my work is helping clients find their style through their interior design. The process is rather in depth, but in the end we usually get it right- and our clients feel more comfortable, more beautiful and more authentic when they look around their home. It sometimes takes more time than we expect, and sometimes we need to dig deeper into our creative well, but that is what makes it worthwhile. Our brand is built on creativity, art, travel and authenticity.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta favoritie spots-During Covid we have explored with our best friends, the hikes that are close by- Eastside Palisades, Hahn Woods, Ormewood Linear Parks, Deepdene Park, Frazier Forest. I think it is amazing that we can just keep hiking in our city of trees. When we are out of Covid, I am looking forward to going back to see some live music at the Candler Park Festival and having drinks on the Beltline!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Ed Andrews, husband always has been supportive along this journey (and always helps with the math!)
