We had the good fortune of connecting with Sean Allen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sean, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind starting my business was a focus of life purpose which is centered around advancing the well-being of humanity. This focus began to evolve over the years with the creation of Sean Inspires Podcast, FLOW devotional Book, and my Life Coaching Practice.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Sean Inspires operates as a primarily virtual Life Coaching practice. I launched in 2018. I’m based in Atlanta, GA.
A native of New Orleans.

As a life coach, I work with clients who are ready to transform their lives in the areas of: developing a well-balanced lifestyle, setting and achieving short- and long-term goals, overcoming emotional and mental setback/traumas, professional and personal development. My life coaching practice not only focuses on individuals, but I also work with groups and corporate clients.

As my business started to evolve, I launched my first book entitled: FLOW devotional 30 Days of Inspiration and Transformation.
Launching my book in addition to my podcast has been the proudest moments of my life. I’m open for more proud moments to come. Universe! “Do you hear that?” LOL

I could not have accomplished any of what I’m currently doing without Faith in God. Faith serves as my ultimate superpower.
It was difficult at first starting my business. I had to deal with self-doubt, bits of fear from time to time.
I overcame by spending time in prayer, meditation daily and positive self-talk to empower my inner soul.

I want the world to know that Sean Inspires is a safe place for transformation and healing. No matter your ethnicity, socio economic statues, or whatever your story might be I’m here to work with you. Sean Inspires brand is centered in passion, inclusion, excellence and love.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting me here in Atlanta the itinerary would be packed with fun.

First, we would sip and chat over some wine or bubbly. This is always a great way to unpack the travel experience.
As the day moves forward, we would have dinner at one of my favorite Mediterranean – Divan in Midtown.
The atmosphere, food, decor and service are excellent.

One of my Italian restaurants will also be on the list of places to go for dinner – Campagnolo’s or Sotto Sotto
Campagnolo’s has a great pianist and singing taking place during the dining experience.

As the week journey on, we would spend some time working out at the gym and also enjoying a jog/walk on the Beltline. We’re both into health and fitness
Piedmont Park is also a great place for a chill vibe for a picnic.

Weekend time is filled with Brunch outdoors and Bottomless mimosas. If there’s a music event or festival taking place attendance is required.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Oh wow! I love this as an added bonus for the feature. I’ll pause for a moment to consider mentioning without being bias.
I’ve been very blessed to have the support of some phenomenal leaders and women throughout my journey.
Namely, my mentor Dr. Debra B. Morton and also Jacqueline Elizabeth.

These women both embody strength, excellence, wisdom and resilience.

I also have an amazing assistant that’s also a brilliant woman and exceptionally outstanding in her work.
Lastly, my deceased granny who passed away last year. She was a very strong woman that often reminded me about my unusual gift of Faith.
