We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Krippner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I spent most of my young life in Minneapolis, MN. I left after high school graduation to go live on Long Island, NY because college was not an option for me financially. Plus, I had no idea who I was back then. College seemed overwhelming. My parents were good parents in some ways and really emotionally inept in others. We always had food and a place to live. But there were a lot of screaming matches, threats of desertion. Both of my parents were alcoholics. I became one to. But that is where the beautiful part of the story is seeded. My childhood trauma and then my own self-destructive behaviors led me to healing. I didn’t realize at the time that the choice to turn my life around just to survive became the turning point that directed me to my purpose. My healing journey brought me the information, guidance, trust of intuition and desire to help others see their own power. We are all our own healers. We just don’t know it yet. All the emotional triggers I have spent years understanding and softening in myself has shown me the way to help others. This is where I am meant to be.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My work is unique because it brings in multiple layers of healing through different modalities all for one purpose. Raise your vibration. My practice is helping my clients improve their life through vibrational healing and Conscious Connection. Everything is energy. Everything has a vibration or frequency. When you look through the lens of vibration, you can see the pathway to healing. Whether it’s changing your mind, environment or physical body, we can start wherever you feel ready. My 25+ years of experience in massage helped me not only learn about the body and how to care for it but the people. How they look at life, their awareness level, how they communicate their needs. This all helped me craft a unique ability to serve my clients on a different level.

Creating a business on your own has tons of challenges. From doing it all yourself and facing burnout to surfing the waves financially that can tempt you to quit. Was it easy? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely!! I have worked many jobs that taught me plenty and allowed me to grow. But there is nothing like creating something yourself. Waking up and getting to follow your passion by helping others is a joy I never experienced from any accolade at a job.

The tools I gained to overcome my personal life challenges created the foundation of my life’s work. So, my life supports my work, and my work supports my life. It’s a beautiful synergy. I help my clients find that in their life. Balance. Joy, Synergy. Alignment. I am grateful every day.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, depending on the season, we would go to the North GA Mountains and check out the waterfalls and beautiful scenic views. A little hiking and picture taking. Plenty of great shops and eateries in Blue Ridge, Ellijay and Sautee. We would check out some of my favorite healers too, taking in a sound journey and catching a drum circle. We would meet with friends and walk the Marietta Square, grabbing food and maybe a show at the Strand. We would go to Piedmont Park and grab some food in VA Highlands. We would check out the metaphysical shops, find a used bookstore to comb through and probably hit a Goodwill or TJMaxx. I am not a mall type person but love a good deal. LOL. Sushi and Thai are my favorite foods so we would definitely hit Thaicoon and Lemongrass for sure. Finishing off the week with some ice cream from Stone Cold creameries.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have been blessed to have so many great mentors, teachers and friends in my life that helped guide me through challenges and shine light on the path to my life purpose. But one person really took my hand and help me break through barriers. My first mentor, Ray Gest. He showed me how to listen to and trust my intuition. He introduced me to authors and energetic practices that created the foundation for my life’s work and personal journey healing. He showed kindness, patience and genuine caring. I don’t know If I would be where I am without him.
