We had the good fortune of connecting with Rose Cadeau and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rose, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
” The reason why I decided to pursue an artistic and creative career was because since the age of six, when I first performed in the lion King on stage, I knew that was my calling. I knew it was something that I would always want to do for the rest of my life, the immense amount of joy that it has brought me it’s beyond my wildest dream, I could ever imagine this gift that God has
bestowed embedded in me to not be harnessed or put into fruition. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I also know that as an actor I’ve always been captivated by the power of storytelling and the ability to bring characters to life. Acting has allowed me to express myself creatively, explore different perspectives, and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.”

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As an actor, what sets me apart is my ability to fully immerse myself in diverse roles and bring authenticity to each character I portray. My journey to where I am today professionally hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced rejection, uncertainty, and moments of self-doubt. However, I’ve always been driven by my passion for acting and my determination to succeed in this competitive industry. I’ve overcome challenges by staying resilient, continuously honing my craft through training and experience, and seeking support from mentors and peers.

Along the way, I’ve learned invaluable lessons about perseverance, resilience, and the importance of staying true to myself as an artist. Every setback has been an opportunity for growth, and I’ve emerged stronger and more focused with each hurdle I’ve faced.

Ultimately, I want the world to know that I am dedicated to my craft, committed to pushing boundaries, and passionate about storytelling. My journey as an actor is a testament to my unwavering determination and my belief in the power of art to inspire, provoke thought, and evoke emotion.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For a week-long trip in if my best friend were to be visiting, we could start with breakfast at Flying Biscuit Café for some Southern comfort food. Then, head to the Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest in the world, to marvel at marine life. Lunch could be at Ponce City Market, offering diverse dining options in a vibrant atmosphere. Afternoon strolls at Piedmont Park would be perfect for some relaxation and people-watching.
Most definitely we would be out catching a live performance at the Fox Theatre, a stunning venue with a rich history.
During the week, consider a day trip to Stone Mountain Park for outdoor activities like hiking or taking the Summit Skyride for panoramic views. For a taste of Atlanta’s cultural scene, visit the High Museum of Art or the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site.Nightlife options abound in Atlanta. Explore the lively bars and clubs in Buckhead or catch some live music
