We had the good fortune of connecting with Ronisha Saunders and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ronisha, what is the most important factor behind your success?
One of the most significant factors behind the success of The Social Climate Events is the love for my clients & the passion in making every event I plan a step above excellence! I aim to assist clients in every area of their planning process that could potentially add unnecessary stress & guide them into making it an enjoyable experience. The passion for seeing clients worry-free on the day of their special event always makes for a successful experience.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve been an event planner for ten plus years! It hasn’t always been easy honestly and it took me a moment to take the leap into launching my business, however I don’t regret it. I’ve worked hard yearly in gaining more knowledge in this growing industry & investing products into my company. I’m a certified Project Manager & now certified in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh wow! There are so many great places in Atlanta to visit! A itinerary would included options such as dining at Nana Chicken & Waffles & Roc South, visiting Phipps Plaza & Perimeter Mall for shopping, visiting the Sports Hall of Fame, Jazz at Suite Lounge & enjoying Atlantic Station

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Wow there are so many people that have inspired me along my journey as an event planner & consultant! I’m daily inspired by my family & friends who continue to encourage me to keep moving to new heights! I’m inspired by other colleagues & clients who continue to use my services for their special occasions.
