We had the good fortune of connecting with Reginald Delva and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Reginald, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
It was very natural for me. I was able to see my family operate as entrepreneurs early on. My grandpa had a boutique, my dad and uncles had dry cleaners, laundry mats , and an electronic store. Afterwards they went on to real establish so throughout my whole childhood I saw the ups and downs of owning your own business. As I got older I figured it’s part of the process of life. Working and using the money you earn to reinvest in yourself. When I got to college, I was fortunate to have a great group of friends and we got together and created Give LLC, it naturally happened from us being friends and having conversations about business and and leaving your mark in this world.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m doing a lot of different things. Professionally, I worked in athletics focusing on sports science training. I also am one of the co- host of The NononSenseShow Podcast. I also manage my business Give LLC, where we promote the act of giving through merchandise, art, and media.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Recently I’ve been more of an introvert. But in Atlanta you can always have a good time. Just go to any bar and lounge in midtown or downtown. If you want something peaceful and natural go to kennesaw mountain or Stone Mountain for a hike. There’s plenty of good restaurants everywhere. I like Haitian food so if you want some Haitian Food check out JoJo Fritay in kennesaw.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Spencer Robinson is also the owner without him there is no Give LLC
