We had the good fortune of connecting with Paris Rayamajhi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paris, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I actually spent my teen working in jewelry. Then I was an intern at this software company on my junior year of collage. After working there for about a year, I realized I am people person and I don’t like how the corporate system is built. So, I ended up working for this family that had a jewelry business as a part time job while I was still in collage. And as soon as I graduated out of collage I knew it was about the time to start something of my own. Thats how I brought partners and investors and we start the jewelry business.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Gold and Diamonds is already very precious to people, But having an ability to customize/personalize the piece of jewelry people wear everyday in the form of art is what sets us apart from others. One thing i am very proud of me and my team is the bar we have set for ourself is so high, that we work/hustle everyday to take the business to the level we want it to be.

A vision, smart work and staying consistent is why we are professional now. No, it was never easy and still is not easy we just get better at dealing things over the time especially when you have bigger goals.

When we first started this company in Dec 2019 the industry was super saturated everyone was doing the same thing and selling the same jewelry. Everybody was only trying to compete to beat the price and make every dollar but nobody values the effort , time and knowledge that goes into making this. So we started to be more creative with our jewelry production we always try to create things people aren’t used to seeing.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My team is very good at what they do. They have lot to do with where the company stands today. But graduating with computer science degree and deciding to go back to jewelry lot of people said i made a mistake but would like to thank everyone that believed me in this journey.
