Meet Natasha Williams | Spoken Word Artist/ Published Author and Publisher/ Model / Brand Ambassador

We had the good fortune of connecting with Natasha Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natasha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
For me, I wanted to have a career doing something I absolutely love doing but something that could also help other people besides myself in the most positive ways. My brand and business are merely about art and creative expression from my poetry, to the books I write, the modeling I do , to the books I write, edit and publish for others. Starting my business has been both a learning process and rewarding to everyone I have worked with and myself.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Professionally I’ve gotten where I am today by dedication, passion, faith and healthy connections. Over the years I’ve been blessed to meet many notable names within music, fashion and the entertainment industry but little did I know I’d be joining this community. Those connections gave me something to look towards. This path has never been easy neither has it gotten easier, but I find in the hustle of completing my God given purpose with my God given talents that I learn so much and attain many other assets in the midst of it all. My brand and my story stand on my first written book Push Forward : Savage by Experiences where I tell my path to love and understand my purpose. That book is expected to be out no later than December 2021. I save a lot of the book for your reads but I will say that I learned in some of the darkest times of my life that my purpose was bigger than my pain. And my purpose has become the art of my life being the path I should be on at all times and in all aspects as I grow and learn and that brings me the happiness to love my life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A day on the town with me would probably start with some cardio hiking in the woods with a nice view. Then we’d refresh and have brunch at First Watch or Metro Diner. For the afternoon I’d probably find a nice rooftop bar for a city shoot and drinks afterwards .. let’s just say I love adventure and vibes

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost God for blessing me with my creativity and talent and the resources, next My Haus Family, Haus of Factotum with my stylist, coach, holistic leader and friend Royal Cromwell, every friend and person whom has supported me and stood by. my career when I had no clue how major this would become, every person who ever gave me a dime to make this happen and each person who dedicated an ear when mentally I needed strength to continue this.
