Hi Matthew, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Retained executive search is the tip of the spear for leading companies to upgrade and diversify their senior executive teams.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would head to The Works on a sunny Saturday and spend time drinking quality beverages at Dr. Scofflaw’s and grabbing some Fox Brothers BBQ for lunch.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate this to the group of non-conformists leaders who make up our community and enable me and my colleagues to help drive the mission of businesses forward.
