We had the good fortune of connecting with Mathis Owhadi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mathis, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I really wanted to have the freedom to pursue being an athlete and getting a typical job would not let that happen. I also wanted to create something that could be a positive force for everyone that is a part of it. Customers and Staff!
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have really enjoyed the process of building a brand and company culture. Its really cool to see employees enjoying to work and being able to give people opportunities.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The Woodlands is a great area for food and nature, downtown Houston can also be pretty great for nightlife and more active things.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There is not one specific person I will mention but I have always had the blessing of having very good friends and mentors around me. Thanks to them it allows me to grow faster than I would and do it at a much faster rate.
