Hi Malan, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“It may take me longer to get to the top, but that’s because I’m carrying my self respect with me.“

In essence, this quote emphasizes the value of integrity, self-respect, and staying true to oneself even in the face of challenges or slower progress. It resonates because I choose to prioritize moral principles and view success as more than just reaching a destination, but as a journey that reflects my character and values.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a model and actress my goal is to continue mastering techniques that blend visual expression with performance skills to communicate ideas, emotions, and stories effectively to an audience.

I currently have a commercial airing back in Sweet Home Alabama. I had the opportunity to portray a medical graduate for the Alabama Hospital Association.
I am also starring in the film “ For How Much” on Peacock TV.

Though the journey has been challenging, my faith in God and resilience has allowed me to continue to pursue my passions.

I’ve learned that what God has for me is for me. Comparison is the thief of joy. Be grateful for all wins, big or small.

I would like to inspire anyone who may struggle with mental health and survivors of sexual abuse. You are not defined by your past and should not allow it to come between you and your dreams.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First stop would be Woodhouse Day Spa for some pampering and relaxation. A day trip to Chateau Elan for wine tasting and a picnic. Physical activities would include a scavenger hunt downtown with Scavenger Hunt ATL, hiking at the bamboo forest and visiting Vickery Creek Waterfall. We would check out Jazz Night at the High Museum. Im a foodie so I’m taking her to The Consulate, Ocean & Acre, Tastee Spoon, and H&W Steakhouse to name a few. After dinner we would likely swing by JoJo’s Beloved or The Garden Room for drinks. Phipps Plaza is highly recommended if you’re in the mood for shopping.
