Hi Luis, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a highly experienced technology leader with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. My career spans over three decades, covering everything from software engineering and manufacturing to system administration and robotics. It all started back in 1985 when I first began tinkering with computers, and I haven’t stopped exploring since.

Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that success in tech isn’t just about keeping up, it’s about staying curious, embracing challenges, and adapting to constant change. Technology evolves fast, so I make it a priority to stay ahead by researching trends, experimenting with new ideas, and finding creative solutions to tough problems. For me, failures aren’t setbacks, they’re opportunities to grow and innovate.

At STW, our mission goes beyond advancing technology. I’m passionate about empowering students to dive into humanoid robotics and machine learning. I believe in making AI education accessible so we can inspire the next generation of innovators. My leadership is rooted in technical expertise, but it’s driven by a vision of creating opportunities for others to learn, explore, and thrive in the world of tech.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d start our journey at the Atlanta Botanical Garden to explore its themed gardens and unique plant collections, Just steps away, walk to Piedmont Park to enjoy the green spaces and maybe take a ride on the Ferris Wheel for panoramic views.

Visit the World of Coca-Cola museum or the nearby Georgia Aquarium for iconic Atlanta experiences. Head to explore Ponce City Market, a beautifully renovated historic Sears building now housing trendy shops and restaurants.

Definitely go to one Atlanta United soccer game for an extraordinary soccer experience. Also, I’d consider exploring north Georgia’s wineries for scenic views and exceptional wines. Head down to the charming town of Helen, a small town with distinctive architecture and a European-inspired atmosphere. Lastly, would visit the suburbs and their great places, like Peachtree Corners Center, The Avalon, and Halcyon, places that offer excellent dining and entertainment options.

I believe my wife, Carolina truly deserves the spotlight for her unwavering support and dedication. Her ability to balance her own responsibilities while always being there for me is nothing short of remarkable. Whether it’s offering encouragement during challenging times or celebrating the small victories, she has been my rock and a constant source of inspiration. I am endlessly grateful for her partnership and love, and I believe she deserves all the recognition for the incredible person she is.
