Meet King Delph | Restaurant Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with King Delph and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi King, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process with starting my own business, was that I always have had creative energy. After working in restaurants for over 25 years I realized I can start my own business and be my own boss. I also love feeding and taking care of people and their hunger desires.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My first restaurant was in Raleigh North Carolina, I relocated to Georgia where I basically worked at all of the top lounges and bars in Atlanta, I decided to open up a take out restaurant in Georgia called Bass and Treble cafe that led to All in my grill food truck ! Now consulting for restaurants is what I specialize in . I basically come in revamp your menu, train your staff help with marketing and promotion and revive your restaurant!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When my people come in town I take the to one of the places I’m consulting for called Something Special bar and lounge . It’s very sexy and it has great food and vibes. We are also going to go downtown Atlanta and go to the Georgia Aquarium is a must. One of my favorite restaurants in Georgia is las costas nayaritas in Duluth . The best food and service ever . We are also going to my take out restaurant Bass and Treble cafe .

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shout outs go out to my family. My wife ! My kids and my immediate family, my mom and dad and my sisters . My cousins played a big role in believing in my vision. Dennis and DONEL Harris have been a huge support system. My lifetime brothers Goldie and JC.
