We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiara Wyche and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kiara, how do you think about risk?
Before I started my journey in the business of skincare, the word “risk” would always cause both a sense of fear and hesitation. However, as the business grows, I’m constantly learning that taking risks are essential in building a successful brand. Embracing the task of risk taking has given me the opportunity to create my own lane in the skincare industry.
What should our readers know about your business?
SKINSCIENCE CLINICAL SPA specializes in Acne & Pigmentation Correction for Multicultural Skin. I am very proud that I have been able to open a clinical spa that both educates and assists people of color along their skincare journey to healthier skin. I got to where I am today in this business by deciding to allow failure to be apart of this journey of mine. I keep showing up when business is bad or good. Even when I’ve questioned if I were dreaming too big, I kept showing up. It sure wasn’t easy in the beginning and it still isn’t today. My biggest motivation for opening SKINSCIENCE CLINCAL SPA was that as a consumer I was seeking skincare guidance and treatment from someone who looked like me. I realized that there was a huge void in that area and I decided filled it. I’ve learned that establishing brand longevity starts with building a brand that people trust and one that is constantly providing solutions for their problems. A successful business is one that solves the problems of the everyday consumer and offers them a unique experience. This is just the beginning for SKINSCIENCE CLINICAL SPA. We are the ATLANTA location for treating Multicultural skin. As the spa grows and expands, I am looking forward to creating a brand that will be the leader of the spa industry.

I would like to first shoutout my clients! They are constantly supporting SKINSCIENCE, by buying into the brand that was creating just for them. Second, I would like to shoutout my family and friends for supporting me personally and professionally. From helping me balance being a mother and business owner, to being my strength on days I don’t feel my best. Thank You All!
