We had the good fortune of connecting with Kelsey Holley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kelsey, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Crow’s Vision started as a school project, but the idea was years in the making. I’ve been involved in music communities since my MySpace days, running pages dedicated to artists and helping promote music. During school, an instructor challenged me to stop waiting until graduation and start building the business I was already talking about. That push, combined with an internship, great mentors, and a growing network in artist management and booking, gave me the confidence to launch Crow’s Vision and turn a passion into a career.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets Crow’s Vision apart is the relationships we build. I genuinely care about the artists I work with and strive to make every client feel like family. My artists know they can call me anytime, whether they need advice, help solving a problem, or simply someone to listen. Their success matters to me on a personal level, not just a professional one.

I’m also active in the music scene and make every effort to attend shows, support artists, and stay connected with the community. Some of my favorite moments aren’t the business wins—they’re seeing artists grow and celebrating their achievements alongside them.

Crow’s Vision has grown beyond artist management and booking. We also offer EPK development, website creation, and graphic design services through our talented designer, Marianne Mosquera. I wanted to build a company that could support artists in multiple areas of their careers.

Community is at the heart of everything I do. That’s why I created a Discord server where artists, photographers, promoters, and other industry professionals can connect, collaborate, and support one another. Many of the best opportunities in this industry come from relationships, and I wanted to help create a space where those connections can happen.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. Like many people in the music industry, I learned through experience, networking, mentorship, and plenty of trial and error. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success is built on trust, consistency, and relationships. Every opportunity I’ve had came because someone believed in me, and I try to pay that forward every chance I get.

At the end of the day, Crow’s Vision is more than a business—it’s a community. When artists work with us, they aren’t just clients. They become family.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week, I’d probably split the trip between music, food, and the outdoors. Since music is such a huge part of my life, I’d definitely take them to a show at Ciné in Athens. It’s one of my favorite spots for DIY shows and a great place to experience the local music scene. We’d also have to make a trip to The Masquerade in Atlanta. It’s one of my favorite venues and somewhere I’ve always dreamed of working with professionally.

I live in Rome, so I’d also spend a day showing them some of North Georgia’s waterfalls and hiking trails. The mountains and outdoor spaces around here are beautiful and one of my favorite ways to unwind.

For food and drinks, we’d definitely stop at Tacos La Villa near The Battery. It’s one of my favorite places to eat before heading over to explore the area.

And if the timing worked out, we’d absolutely catch a Braves game!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are quite a few people who deserve credit for helping me get to where I am today. First and foremost, I’d like to thank Nes Vera, the instructor who really pushed me to stop waiting and start building the business I envisioned. That encouragement was a major turning point for me.

My internship with Billy Halls at Indie Artist Management and Development gave me invaluable hands-on experience and helped me better understand the artist management side of the industry.

I’d also like to recognize Miranda Embry of LS Music Promotions, who trusted me with my first alternative rock client, Brenden Starr. That opportunity meant a lot and helped build my confidence early on.

Another person who has played a significant role is Kalyn Farmer from Massive Media MS. She has remained an important part of my network and someone I can always count on for advice and support.

I’ve also learned a tremendous amount from industry resources. Podcasts like Making It with Chris G, as well as books such as All You Need to Know About the Music Business by Donald S. Passman and the books, podcast, and YouTube content created by Ari Herstand have all had a major impact on my development.

I’d also like to recognize Marianne Mosquera, who serves as the graphic designer for Crow’s Vision Entertainment. Her creativity, professionalism, and willingness to bring artists’ visions, and mine, to life have been a huge asset, not only to the business but to the artists we work with. She’s incredibly talented at what she does, and I’m grateful to have her as part of the team.

Most importantly, I want to thank my wife, Breanna. She has supported me through every challenge, celebrated every win, and believed in me even when I doubted myself. Through all the ups and downs of building a business, she has been my rock and my biggest fan. Crow’s Vision would not be where it is today without her support and encouragement.
