We had the good fortune of connecting with Kasino Barnes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kasino, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
I don’t sleep like how I used to , Ima always up early in the morning and up during the whole day , I have to be up too make sure I’m not missing out on anything I would call the balance a winning balance cause I can be up earlier than anyone getting things done , getting money , buisness done , etc while everyone else hasn’t even started their day yet

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
StreetPunkz is cultural brand / Art movement developed by me in late 2017. Street Punkz originated from the idea of early London punk and hip-hop fashion lifestyle/ aesthetic, also inspired by the Aspirations and hustle of young Creatives, influencers and hustler’s ambition to make a better life for themselves, everyone around them and their art. What sets myself and my art apart from others is longevity and being relatable. Every piece made by me goes through a process of being cultural but also relates to punk fashion. Pieces are made for every and anybody, including designs that won’t go out of style and also with historic preferences all that can see from a different point of view. I’m most excited for the future of the brand and being able see people wearing and enjoy streetpunkz. The new drops of the 2022 of season is what has me most excited and I can’t wait for the world to see. Believing in myself, having an aspiration of the being the youngest and best creative director and having a team of honest individuals is what got me in the position I’m in today. I want the world to know that SP is here and here to stay generation through generations.
