Today we’re excited to be connecting with Jon’tue Cushion again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Jon’tue, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
I’m Jon’tue Cushion, the founder of Jon’tue Jeanene, my salon and primary business, and Vita Beauty Labs, a wellness brand focused on beauty from within. As a master cosmetologist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people achieve healthy hair and radiant skin. My journey into wellness and supplements began when I faced my own health challenges, including a vitamin D deficiency during a stressful time. That experience inspired me to create high-quality, clean, and effective supplements designed to support inner and outer beauty.

Vita Beauty Labs offers targeted solutions like Glow & Grow Hair, Skin, and Nail Vitamin and Let’s Chill Stress Vitamin, formulated with ingredients that deliver real results. What sets us apart is our commitment to transparency, quality, and holistic beauty—helping people enhance their natural glow from the inside out.

From running my salon to expanding into beauty and wellness, my goal has always been to empower people to look and feel their best. I’m excited to continue growing and innovating, bringing effective, trustworthy products to those on their self-care journey!

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
A lot has happened since our last conversation, and I’m excited to share the journey with you!

Since rebranding from Vita Glow & Grow to Vita Beauty Labs, I’ve been focused on refining and expanding our product line to better serve our customers. The transition was a big step, but it was necessary to align with my long-term vision—creating a trusted, holistic beauty brand that helps people nourish their hair, skin, and overall well-being from within. Seeing the positive response from our customers has been incredibly rewarding, and it reaffirms that we’re moving in the right direction.

On top of that, my salon, Jon’tue Jeanene, has been thriving. Balancing the salon with Vita Beauty Labs has been both exciting and challenging, but I love that I get to help people in multiple ways—whether it’s through hands-on hair care or providing them with high-quality supplements that enhance their beauty routines. It’s all connected, and that synergy keeps me inspired.

One of the most exciting things I’m looking forward to is launching new products! I’ve been working on a body oil glow essence and a hair serum called End Guard, specifically designed to nourish and protect the ends of the hair. These products are packed with powerful ingredients that promote hydration and strength, and I can’t wait to share them with everyone.

Of course, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Running multiple businesses means constantly learning, adapting, and staying on top of everything. But the growth, feedback, and impact make it all worth it. I’ve also been focusing on my personal well-being—balancing work, motherhood, and self-care. It’s a journey, but I’m learning to give myself grace and enjoy the process.

Overall, I’m feeling more aligned than ever. I’m excited about what’s ahead for both Jon’tue Jeanene and Vita Beauty Labs, and I appreciate everyone who has been part of the journey. There’s so much more to come, and I can’t wait to keep building and evolving!
