Meet Ja’Quesa Hayes-Finney | Holistic Trichologist & Herbalist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ja’Quesa Hayes-Finney and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ja’Quesa, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My journey began in 2017 when I discover my daughter began to suffering from hair loss due to eczema on her scalp. My daughter’s heartbreaking and humiliating hair loss set me on a mission to find answers. We visit different doctors and everyone solution was a steroid cream which would later lead to thinning on the skin. I wanted something a little more natural. I immediately enroll in a program to become a product developer and also became an herbalist as well. I launched my first product line in September 2019 called GlamHER Hair Addiction. Where we have successfully launched to local stores and Walmart.com. We cater to women and men all around the world. My daughter has truly inspired me to help women, men, and children thru their hair loss journey and help build their confidence back. I wanted to the root of the problem even more so I enroll in schools to become a Certified Holistic Trichologist. We will launch Our full trichology spa “The J.Sarne’ Experience” Fall 2022

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I am founder of GLamHER Hair Addiction & The J.Sarne’ Experience both businesses are to help women suffering with hair loss not only do I help women grow their hair back I also boost women confidence. I love to see my clients happy and hear the joy in their voice. I am most proud that I never gave up even when I want to. I got to where I am at today with a lot of hard work and dedication and of course the continuous support of others. The journey is definitely not easy but it also worth it. I learned along the way always look forward never back. Accept all criticism it builds character. And don’t be afraid of the word No it just means it’s a bigger Yes around the corner.
