We had the good fortune of connecting with Iamyunghot and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Iamyunghot, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I am from Atlanta ga a Grady baby to be exact but I’m born an raised I’m the real definition of Atlanta but I would describe my upbringing as world war 2 but for the most part I got involved in the street activities since the age of thirteen I learned very early the value of money an what it could do for my life an the changes that it could make my mom always had a job growing up but me being the older child of Donna Adams I seen the ups an the downs of bein a single black mother in Atlanta it’s hard raising three kids alone so i took it upon myself to always make a way to make sure I had the best that money could buy

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Well first off I’ve been takin my music seriously for the last 4-5 years where I
Gained a buzz in my city where I felt
Like I’ve gained a named an a platform from it an what sets me apart from other rappers is that I lived what I rap what I been through what I’ve experienced in the streets what knowledge I’ve gained from taking wins an losses I want the world to know that listening to my music will
Give you a feeling that no one else can give you you can relate In so many ways an if you come from the inner city of where ever you from that you can have a voice an it’s ok to express the way you feel at all times it may not be with music but always know That some body is listening I’ve also learned that in this business trust your gut an always be creative an always out work the competition
